Park Play with Cousin Caleb
After a yummy dinner at Lolo's (Mexican restaurant in MB), with Nai-Nai & Yeye Ream, we took the cousins (Maddie & Caleb, & his parents Diane & Russ) to Cloisters Park to wear them out. It was a nice cool evening & not too crowded. The kids had a good time running, swinging, climbing & eating. Yes, eating. Seems Caleb has an affinity for the good ole MB sand! The plan worked well for us-Maddie went to sleep by about 9:15!
You know, if you ever had to make them quick lunches, you could just put sand in one bag and flour and flour and sugar in another one.... just a thought. :) :)
The ones with the coats on are from the central valley, where they are used to 110 degrees. We had a nice cool day here (probably the mid-60's when the picture was taken), so it was probably cold for them! LOL
I am a full time stay at home mom, now. We have a 20 year old daughter, a 17 year old son & we have had our daughter from China for 5 years on March 27th. She has been such a blessing to our entire family.
