Æbleskiver (Danish meaning apple slices (singular:æbleskive)) are traditional Danish pancakes in a distinctive shape of a sphere. I haven't made them in a very long time. Mine did not come out as the perfect little round balls. I guess the city of Solvang doesn't need to worry about me butting in on their business! haha
